 لاحول ولاقوة إلا بالــاـــــــــــه

وبيّن ابن القيم في زاد المعاد (( أنّ لهذه الكلمة تأثيراً قوياً في دفع داء الهم والغم والحزن. قال: لما فيها من كمال التفويض والتبري من الحول والقوة إلاّ به ، وتسليم الأمر كلّه له ، وعدم منازعته في شيء منه ، وعموم ذلك لكل تحول من حال إلى حال في العالم العلوي والسفلي والقوة على ذلك التحول ، وأنّ ذلك بالله وحده ، فلا يقوم لهذه الكلمة شيء )) .

وقال شيخ الإسلام رحمه الله ( هذه الكلمة بها تحمل الأثقال، وتكابد الأهوال، وينال رفيع الأحوال))
